fantastic stay near hyde park!

i loved the location it's super close to the underground with cute cafes and restaurants just steps away i found the room really clean and the bed plus pillows were super comfy the bathroom looked like it had just been renovated it was a really excellent stay. the staff were really helpful and always smiling which was a plus.
i did notice some wear and tear on the carpets in the stairways outside the room some marks needed wiping but overall it didn't detract from my positive experience.

the location is great near the tube station. the staff are friendly and available at the front desk 24 hours a day. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the room was small. i could hear noises from the street. the walls had some marks that should be cleaned.
